Club Penguin new pin and rookie theory series answered

So there is a new pin released which you can find now at the dock in the trees 

Now its time for the club penguin theory series! I have been reading rumors and stuff and tried putting my theory in to see if the rumors are possible. I made a theory series about ph and rookie. In the newspaper it says rookie will be helping out with the fall fair. It never said anything about ph thought but the new magazine will. We will have to wait and see
