Hey guys welcome to the Club Penguin Theory Series! Here i will be talking about the rumors on club penguin and my theory about them. So first off there have been rumors about Ph and Rookie coming to fall fair 2012. Well i have a theory to make that true. As you can see at the picture below when you click rookie and try to get his background it gives a forever load.
This shows that rookie will be coming soon since he is getting a new background. So do you think he is coming to fall fair 2012? Well guess who else might be coming to the fall fair 2012. PH!
