Possibly no date for operation blackout!

Hey club penguin players. I have come up with a new theory...Not even a theory its most likely what will happen for operation blackout. We all know O.B. is coming in November but we don't know exactly what date. Yes it will be on a thursday when club penguin updates but O.B. is not a party. It is a plan herbert is doing...Only parties get dates and show on the login screen. We have to remember operation blackout is not a party. It is a bad thing....If herbert is planning it I don't think hes stupid enough to give us a date on when he is!
