Hi guys today i was on YouTube and went to Club Penguin's youtube channel and I saw a new background. It looks similar to the start and login screen of club penguin. You can see rookie there but no sight of puffle handler. Is she really coming or will Rookie stay? Anyways take a look at the cool design that Club Penguin made
